El líder vocal de la banda, Reinaldo Santos, nos dice "Como primera cata del nutritivo y tóxico caldo que hemos volcado en nuestro primer álbum, hemos preparado un CD Single que incluye dos canciones: Rock and Ron y Sonrisa Oxidada".

En Carretera 13 han dicho de Chiringuito Overdrive:
"I remember when I used to (and learnt to) drive my dad's old car, those who where the first ones to have "overdrive" when you pushed the accelerator with your foot, or like I like to say: pressing the pedal to the metal, and then suddenly you were "sucked" into the driver's seat feeling the power coming out from the engine. Reinaldo's second guitar duties. Alberto (bass guitar) and Sergi (drums) just handle the rhythm section like a metronome. Rock and Ron, Arkangel Keith Richards (does this don't say enough to you?) and the sweet-sleazy Doblando La Esquina are just a sample - and a reason - to go and see this guys, even better, buy their record as soon it comes out to bring a little happiness is this Rock and Roll world full of prefabricated - nothing new to hear bands.
